PublicRemarks:-EXCITING NEWS!!! Dylan’s Grove is now being expanded to add Phase 2A, featuring nine estate size lots, mostly in the 2 ¾ to 3 ¾ acre range. The homesites are open and level and the forty acres comprising Phase 2A is surrounded by a stand of huge, mature oak trees in the 100 foot wide common area buffer around the perimeter of the community. There will be a 6 foot wide paved jogging trail, meandering through the wooded buffer; totaling about 2 ½ miles along the trail through Phase 1 and 2A. When Phase 2B is developed, the trail will reach about four miles in length, all within the gated community for the exclusive use of Dylan’s Grove residents and their guests. Right now, we are accepting reservations for choice of lots once the plat is recorded, which should be in April, 2022. First reservation gets first choice from available lots and so on. The new thing in communities seems to be nature oriented living and in fact Dylan’s Grove has been offering real nature focused living long before anyone coined the phrase, Agrihood. Our trails have been intentionally tucked away to provide tranquility and are not just paved paths along the neighborhood roads.
